This may be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at - and I'm well travelled and I have stayed in hotels that are rated in the top 100 in the world by Conde Nast. The hotel decor is interesting and ornate- we were told that the couch in the reception area is one of only two in the world - the other is in the (former) home of Michael Jackson. The spa is incredible - spent 5 hours there receiving various treatments - I recommend the four hands 120 minute massage. The concierge team exceeds expectations - even for a hotel of this caliber. For example - we were caught in rush hour traffic returning from a tour and were going to be late to the Opera and we were able to call the concierge team and we asked them to go up to our room and get the opera tickets from the dining room table and meet us at the Opera House saving us 15 minutes of time. We knew it was a tall order when we called and asked and would have been understanding if they could not accommodate this request but, but they were happy to do it and stated it was their pleasure to help us avoid being late! I could go on and on with stories of the outstanding service and attention to detail that we received. We also enjoyed the Chinese Restaurant, Long Trieu, which was listed in the Michelin Guide - the only sad part was the restaurant was quite empty - I hope more people discover this amazing restaurant! The gym was great - very clean and a good variety of free weights, machines, and cardio. Pool area was fabulous as was the pool cocktail and dining menu. The breakfast buffet was also excellent.

I traveled with my 8-year-old girl for a vacation in Saigon. Originally I booked another five-star hotel. Then I saw a footage introducing the Reverie Saigon on YouTube and loved the Italian-style decoration—the usage of glass, crystal, marbles and mosaic. I immediately changed my booking to the Reverie. We stayed at a one-bedroom suite. There are a living room, a bedroom, a full-size kitchen with washer and dryer, a study, a walk-in closet, a full bathroom with a bath tub, a separate shower and a Japanese toilet, as well as a half-bathroom with a toilet only. The staff is polite and helpful. The service is great. Loved the breakfast. My daughter said she wanted to live in this hotel and cannot wait to come back again. I also recommend booking the hotel limo especially for the airport service. The Reverie has a fleet of luxury cars ranging from BMW to Rolls Royce. We booked a Rolls Royce Phantom to go to the airport. There is hotel staff at the airport to assist with checkin, etc. This way we do not need to worry about safety issues. I stress this point because when we came to the hotel, we got a car from the airport taxi counter. The taxi driver did not show any genuine interest in taking us to the hotel. Instead, he tried to take us to the other districts. It was very scary. So it is great that the Reverie offers limo services. For those who would like to pay a bit extra for the additional comfort and safety, there is an option.

I loved staying at the residential suites. the apartment was spacious and clean with access to amenities like the Residence lounge. We also had access to the hotel concierge (who are fabulous) & the pool. The Reverie Saigon is A++ in customer care and service. every single person we came across has the utmost professionalism and went the extra mile to make sure that we knew they were there for us if we needed. I highly highly recommend staying here. I wish we would have stayed more than 2 nights. shout out again to the concierge services — they arranged a fabulous show at the opera and recommended a first class steakhouse.

The staff is truly extraordinary because they made our experience fabulous. My fiancee was pleasantly surprised by a special turndown service of rose petals everywhere especially on the bed and in the bubbly bathtub arranged by Ms. Thao and coworkers. Our bedroom view was also wonderful. I'm been to almost all of the most desirable locations and accommodations in the world and it always comes down to the staff as the true difference maker. This place stands tall with the rest of them from doormen, room service, pool staff and everyone in between especially Ms. Thao. Thank you for everything!!! Bravo!!! 😁👍

What can you say? The residences at The Reverie are incredible. Amazing views of Saigon, incredibly staff (big thanks to Phuong, Tuan, and Long at the front desk, and Thai and Ngoc at the poolside... plus many others), location that cannot be beat in District 1, and of course a stunning building. We absolutely loved it, and stayed there twice, and will stay there again.
